Our Story
Lakeshore Capital Partners was founded in 2024 by Eric Wagner and Zack Olson to acquire and operate multifamily communities in the Twin Cities and surrounding Minnesota markets.
The company combines investment oversight with in-house property management through Lakeshore Management LLC. This structure gives the team direct responsibility for leasing, maintenance, renovations, budgeting, resident service, and investor reporting.
Since launching, Lakeshore has acquired four apartment communities totaling 283 units.
